Our Birthday Boy - Frederick!

26th May 2007 (Sat) is our DS Frederick's first birthday. We held his little party at Sakura Orchard Shopping Centre. On that day, my brother + his wife Sandy & myself went early to decorate the place. SIL Sandy was really creative & helpful. Both she & my brother completed the decor within an hour. So it was lucky we got their help. I would also like to thank Eileen, my schoolmate for helping me to shop for the birthday decor & goodies. And for helping me to design my DS' name 'FREDERICK'. Else the party would have been really plain and boring..really appreciate their help.
As for the birthday gifts we bought for our DS, hubby & i ordered a 2.5kg Winnie the Pooh jelly cake for him. He liked it very much cos he kept wanting more from Aunty Liping..hehe..
The party started at 12pm. We didn't invite many friends and relatives as compared to his 1-month-old party. If we were to invite too many guests, we definitely couldn't pay much attention to them. As we wouldn't have been able to talk/ chat much to them. The most we would have said was ' hello..thanks for coming'..Hence, this time round, we only invited 34pax as compared to 70+pax for his 1-month-old party. Though it was a small party with no games or songs, we just hope our DS can feel how much we love him.
